REAL Unique Meetings

Meetings today are taking a whole new spin when selecting their venues. No longer are we satisfied in the same conference center for days on end. Now attendees want to get out and explore the community they are visiting while also getting the solid education and training they are there for.

Soel Venue

So if you're looking for your next "unconventional" convention destination, Seguin has got you covered.

Sprinkled around Seguin you will find all sorts of interesting venue choices. From museums and historical buildings to a downtown warehouse and a coliseum, there is something to suit every planner's preferences. In fact, you could even hold an entire conference in Downtown Seguin alone. Here's how:

Set up your conference HQ at Soel Venue. Situated right in the heart of Downtown Seguin, Soel Venue is our premier warehouse-style event venue. It's the perfect size for your General Sessions, and meal functions, seating 300 in rounds (or 150 for social distancing). Get catering from their partner business, and local BBQ favorite, Burnt Bean Co.

The Rise Co-Working Space

Just around the corner, you can hold a pop-up breakout session, after-hours reception, or board meeting at Seguin's brand new co-working space, The Rise. Head just down the street to the historic Aumont Hotel to meet in the Rose Room, or set your meeting backdrop at the historic Texas Theatre or Palace Theatre.

Starting with these four dedicated meeting/event venues, Visit Seguin can then work with you to find other, not-so-typical venues, like Seguin Brewing Company, vacant buildings, Central Park, and more!

But, perhaps you prefer to use these venues for receptions and other pop-up events and a more traditional meeting space for your conference. The Seguin Events Complex offers a 12,000 square-foot Coliseum with five customizable breakout rooms and a team of event professionals excited to work with you on your ideal conference!

Contact Visit Seguin TODAY to start dreaming up your next "unconventional" meeting in our charming city.
